What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you’ll take ownership of securing new business, expanding our existing client base, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional customer value. You will report directly to our Sales Director and play a critical role in driving our business forward.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new sales opportunities, showcasing our innovative product portfolio.
  • Strengthen relationships with new and existing clients to drive upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure flawless execution of projects.
  • Represent IK Topside at industry meetings, client visits, and trade shows.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to order processing and invoicing.

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for sales and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex products.
  • Experience in project management is highly valued.
  • Fluent in both Norwegian and English.
